Loan amounts above $500,000 = No less than 1.0% DSCR.
(Properties That Are Owner Occupied with Borrowers Business): Loan amounts at & below $750,000 = NO DSCR.
Loan amounts above $750,000 = No less than 1.0% DSCR.
Up to 70% Loan To Value (LTV) for Commercial Properties: Office, Retail, Warehouse, Self-Storage & Automotive (Up to 90% CLTV for purchase transactions). Mixed-Use Properties = 75% LTV.
